Meet Neelam: Coach, Leader, Visionary

“I love two things: People and Transformation, put them together and you have People Transformation. Add my other love; books and learning into the mix and you have Accelerated Growth”

– Neelam

I grew up in west London, the eldest of 6 siblings. That’s pretty much where my leadership skills began. I went from selling shoes, reception desks to being a Founder, coaching my department to coaching internationally.

My career path is a colourful one. This unconventional professional life gave me the wealth of experience to apply coaching to a diverse group of people.

First job in a shoe store where my inner potential was released. From promotion to top salesperson each week, I was fast, and a high performer. Maybe at such a young age, I had something to prove. With the help of many books (avid reader) and an inspiring manager, I designed my first training sessions on customer service and sales, which was impactful and made an impression at just 18 years old.

My career evolved from various roles, where I quickly rose up the ranks. I then found myself with an offer to work in Ibiza, with a large tour operator, where presentation skills and public speaking were essential and sales conversions were part of the role.

Head hunted or on recommendation, I discovered I was pretty good at leading and turning underperforming departments around. I took low performing, disjointed teams and turned them into highly engaged, highly motivated, high performing teams.

From New York to banking software I then discovered coaching. A defining moment in 2003, I realised my natural style in leading others was coaching, visionary and transformation. Since then, I have established a coaching business, created programs, published a book, written countless content, worked on multiple projects, private clients and have carved a unique way to work towards results and transformation.

“I have been Skills Stacking, developing my intellectual property for over 30 years”
